Crispy Chicken
1. A mix of deep fried chicken nuggets and chicken cartilage in a basket, with honey wasabi mayo as dip.
2. The chicken pieces are freshly fried, which are served hot.
3. Crunchy and crispy deep-fried chicken are the best! The chicken cartilage pieces are soft enough to chew and swallow.
4. Bits and pieces of deep fried chicken skin, bonus!
5. The honey wasabi mayo tops up the flavour of the deep fried chicken, but it’s also good without the dip.

Sweet Rice Dumplings
1. The Sweet Rice Dumplings brought us a novel eating and tasting experience.
2. This dragon ball like sweet rice dumplings has a thin membrane that wraps the ginger soup and a traditional Chinese sweet rice dumpling inside.
3. We were suggested to put the whole dumpling inside our mouth, push it to one side, bite the membrane to release the ginger soup, drink the soup and then enjoy the little rice dumpling at the end.
4. Popping this “dragon ball” brings a funny sensation to our mouths and taste buds. The ginger soup is very delicious, not too spicy or hot like those served in traditional Chinese dessert shop.
5. The tiny rice dumpling in the middle is nice and chewy, but it does not have any stuffing inside.
