Vive literally never disappoints me when it comes to artistic cakes that taste just as amazing as they look. This is certainly one of the MOST PHOTOGENIC afternoon tea sets I’ve ever seen! Topped with 2 mermaid cupcakes, the set also features a few savoury and sweets.
The mermaid cupcakes taste amazing with the smooth, silky blue cream in between each biscuit layer. The biscuits themselves were a little bit sweet, which went really well with the light cream.
I also really like the tart topped with biscuit powder imitating sand. The powder was made really smooth that they literally just melted in my mouth. The tart itself tasted great with the flavourful pineapple fillings.
The entire tea set is definitely a lovely treat to both the taste buds and the eyes! Just in case you want a cake instead, I highly recommend ALL THE CAKES at Vive!!
