My colleagues and I were in the area and fancied Indian food for lunch. After doing a Google search, Miss India popped up. We made our way there and were seated immediately. We decided to go for a set meal that consisted of one dish of tandoori chicken, two dishes of chicken curry, one dish of vegetable curry, two small baskets of roti and four drinks (a coke, two lemon teas and one chai). The tandoori chicken (six small boneless pieces) was garnished with shredded white cabbage and a wedge of lemon. The chicken was tender but it not true tandoori chicken as it hadn't been cooked in a tandoor oven and lacked that charred flavour, and the taste was nondescript. The chicken curry did not resemble a curry as it was insipid and watery, but the boneless chicken pieces were tender. The vegetable curry (made with frozen vegetables) was more like a curry but lacked good flavour. The roti was warm.
Service was friendly and quick. For our set lunch, we paid $75 per head (there were four of us), which is affordable but not good value for money if half of the food served was left uneaten. Not that we weren't hungry but the food (apart from the roti) really was not good. The drinks were fine so those were consumed in full.
