I have been visiting same for a long time, especially at their causeway bay store, which sadly closed down. Today I went to the store in sheung wan store, and I have to include that the standard has great slipped. so what went wrong? here are my three points from my observations.1. Quality and earnest of the chef. Today I went to the store in sheung wan store, and I have to include that the standard has great slipped. so what went wrong? here are my three points from my observations.

1. Quality and earnest of the chef. We got the pork belly and all we got was fat, which was not tender at all. this is unacceptable for them to receive such ingredients in the first place or to serve it. the vegetables wasn't grilled, some were raw still.

2. Pricing. so to be served such food and still demanding 110+ not including service charge yet. if the food has the standard, I wouldn't mind paying for it. however, this is no better than you run of the mill tea restaurant quality.

3. service. so I asked the waitresses about the pork, and she instantly shunned us and explained that this is the norm.
