Had shabu shabu again in this restaurant with my friend who just came back from Japan. Both of us like eating shabu shabu very much!This time we ordered beef and crab combination.The crab can be eaten as sashimi or boiled as you like. I can feel that the crab is very fresh and sweet. Though I'm not a crab lover, I still like the taste!For the beef, it still tasted good. The fat of the beef is evenly distributed and it nearly melted in my mouth. However the last dish's beef was a bit strange and it looked and tasted totally different. So we decided to leave. The staff noticed the problem and explained to us that the slice was cut from a different cow and said politely that she could exchange the dish for us. But we were already done and accepted her apology and left.
