I went to Lab Made after I had read about it in Vogue. When we arrived it looked really cool and amazing and I was very excited. The only problem was that they didn't have much choice. I personally don't like tofu, yet out of the 4 choices 2 of them included tofu, and one had a HK custard bun (don't really like that either) so luckily they had a 'strawberry panda' flavour. I personally don't like tofu, yet out of the 4 choices 2 of them included tofu, and one had a HK custard bun (don't really like that either) so luckily they had a 'strawberry panda' flavour. Normally I don't choose strawberry but I decided that I had to get somethin so went for it. It took a while to make and to get, but it is made right there in front of you so I guess it was fine, and it tasted great! It didn't taste fake like many other strawberry ice creams, and they had a green tea stick in it and a panda cookie too, which gave it a great presentation and really complimented the ice cream. 

Honestly, I couldn't really tell the difference between this liquid nitrogen ice cream and normal ice cream. Unfortunately as well they don't post their menus online, so you don't really know what you are going to expect once you arrive, and I didn't realise tha they only had 4 flavours on offer. Try to check reviews before you go to see what types of flavours are there, because I am sure that if the sea salt caramel ice cream that I had read about was there when I went to Lab Made then I would've been much happier!
