I ordered a Fettuccine Al Salmon and Lobster Risotto for dinner take out today. The Lobster Risotto would’ve been worth it’s price of $178 if the rice wasn’t undercooked…it was quite nice to find half of a lobster and a couple pieces of lobster meat and shrimp in the risotto but the meal was a bit ruined by the undercooked rice evident in the white middle of the rice still visible and it had a grainy texture. I ordered a Fettuccine Al Salmon and Lobster Risotto for dinner take out today. The Lobster Risotto would’ve been worth it’s price of $178 if the rice wasn’t undercooked…it was quite nice to find half of a lobster and a couple pieces of lobster meat and shrimp in the risotto but the meal was a bit ruined by the undercooked rice evident in the white middle of the rice still visible and it had a grainy texture. For the Fettuccine Al Salmon, it was okay but could be better, I was expecting a whole piece of “fresh” salmon as stated on the menu for $158 but could only find one or two pieces of smoked salmon in the dish so that was a bit of a let down…
In conclusion, it could’ve been better and I’m not sure if it was an off day or I should’ve ordered something else but I was a bit disappointed; especially after hearing from a family member that the food is amazing.
