I came here on a Tuesday evening at about 7:40 PM, and I was able to be seated immediately. You order from a QR code, and an English menu is available I ordered 紅燒牛筋牛腩麵 (“Taiwanese braised beef tendon and brisket soup noodles”). The meat serving size was a bit small, and I got one cut that was exceptionally chewy. The flavor was good, but for the price ($78 + service fee = $85), I think that it is way over-priced, and you can find comparably better Taiwanese-style 牛肉麵 for cheaper in this area. F

Or maybe, I would recommend ordering the hot pot instead — I saw most customers were eating this, and it may be more worth it.
