Oh boy!! That beef carpaccio was delicious! Dry aged Galician beef carpaccio, shaved parmesan, capers, rockets, walnuts, and Dijon mayo! What a perfect combo! I just loved it!El Born was, again, one of my all time favourites! I was always satisfied by the quality of food there. I was craving for desserts that night, so my friend and I just ordered something light, and saved room for the cheesecake I was gonna order. The cheesecake itself was good!  The cheesecake itself was good! It was well balanced, not too rich. However, too much caramel. (Lucky I ordered Earl Grey tea to go with) That, they could improve.

 We only ordered one main course, and I left it to my friend to choose as I was not so hungry. I usually did not like pork chops coz they were too hard and chewy most of the time, but this one we had was tender and juicy. I tried a little bit and it surprised me indeed.
