I've eaten here 3 times since moving to Tsuen Wan. It's always at least acceptable, sometimes quite good. And I've never had to wait, even when it was crowded.Last time we got: red curry w/ chicken, pork and mushroom stir-fried rice noodles, and an appetizer: deep-fried soft-shell crab with egg curry.Red curry: my wife loved it, I thought it was a little too rich. If you like your curries heavy on the coconut cream, it's a good choice. The chicken was tender. Although the curry is labeled 'spicy

Red curry: my wife loved it, I thought it was a little too rich. If you like your curries heavy on the coconut cream, it's a good choice. The chicken was tender. Although the curry is labeled 'spicy' on the menu, it isn't. 7/10
Pork & mushroom noodles: although this dish is a little plain, I thought it was very yummy (if a little greasy). The pork and mushrooms were very flavorful. What's more, it had some spice to it. Not a lot, but maybe like 1 or 2 of those little thai chilis. 9/10
Soft-shell crab with curry: I didn't know quite what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. The soft-shell crab is the same as if you order the plain soft-shell crab appetizer. But it comes with an egg curry on the side that you put on the crab. Egg curry sounds weird, but it's actually pretty good. A little salty too, but in a good way. 7/10
One weird aspect of my experience: the server seemed surprised that my wife was drinking (and no, she's not pregnant). That struck me as strange. I've certainly seen women drinking in bars around Tsuen Wan. Anyway.
Overall: 7/10
