so i saw this video on three places where you can eat beef intestines. I tried two of the three, and also tried.this one. this was by far the best. I ordered intestines, brisket and tendons noodle. the soup is just good enough, not to heavy not light. the brisket is very tender and fatty, which i like. The intestines are.good, a bit on the gamey side. But overal a good place
