The first time I had Cheung fat I was astounded by how juicy and plump the dumpling was. This time I went ahead and took away 3 boxes of their dumplings as takeaway to stockpile at home. The dumplings are great because they have a lot of textures: the meat, the crunch from the black fungus, and the bits of shrimp there mixed in with a umami-blast diced mushroom. Absolutely stunning, thin skin after cooking, and perfect to go as a main or with some noodles @Foodfillingthoughts
