First let's talk about the soup, creamy, tons of flavour, a bit on the heavy side but should have no problem to finish a bowl yourself I promise you. Chicken are cooked in such a way (sous vide probably) that offer you an extremely tender texture that compliment the noodles very well.
Also try their fried chicken if you can, my personal favourite is to dip that into the soup for a few seconds and you can have different texture of chicken meat to enjoy your bowl of noodles all the way till the end!
