This restaurant was leaded by my bf's ex-colleque(a japanese couple) originated from Hokkaido. First time I know this place was 3 yrs ago from magazine but I knew my bf afraid of some kind of japanese food contained Chinese style -- Okinawa so I didn't request to try. Last year this mth was the first time visit and coz japanese friends request. I and bf most love their -bitter melon with pork; -squid ink with noodles; -sashimi soooo fresh but expensive, unless they have monthly special promotio
I and bf most love their -bitter melon with pork; -squid ink with noodles; -sashimi soooo fresh but expensive, unless they have monthly special promotion for $150 set sashimi around 15 pieces; -tofu; grapes; ell fried rice(monthly special,now price get higher!); radish shred; slice beef; steam egg...they even change a bit of menu so some food only privide in seasons.
This entire year we brought friends here and used to visit once a week. Most of the waiter and waitress are japanese or south asians so either my bf order by japanese or I order by English and provide comfort services and we do think CWB shop better services and more space/ room than in TST.
