One of the most sophisticated meals I’ve had in Hong Kong. The cuisine was a fusion of French and Japanese styles, boasting melt-in-your-mouth fish and flavorful meats. As a main course, we ordered buttered white fish and truffle chicken. The portions were a bit small but filling. The staff even gave us a welcome gift of their homemade bitter chocolates.
