This shop is the only patisserie in yuen long.I visited once about half a year ago.I was attracted by the chocolate truffle and macaron.There were only few types of cakes and not attractive enough.The chocolate truffle looked like the one from Tony Wong.Since I have not tried the one in Tony Wong before,I think this one was quite delicious.It was rich in chocolate and the texture is like jelly outside and there was concentrated chocolate cake inside.There were some chocolate sauce inside too.The

The macaron is caramel flavour.The outer layers were crispy and there was rich caramel flavour in the ingredients.However it was too sweet I think.And $10 per macaron!and now it is more expensive.I'd rather eat macaron in Paul Lafayet.The quality there is better.
