Italian Arborio is rich and creamy since it really takes time and spirit to take care of the rice. Otherwise, it will not be mature or too raw. However, it is very nice to bake them with seafood. It is the first time I tried Squid Ink Risotto! It was really very yummy and delicious~ Full of Shrimp, Scallop, Mussel, Cuttlefish, Fish Fillet, Fresh Mushroom & Tomato, so yummy it is!!!
When the ribs come, we still had not finished the Risotto yet, the chef was in high efficiency!!! The ribs were marinated with secret barbecue sauce for more than ten hours, this signature dish is just another mouth-watering dish that you can't resist!

While the Spaghetti Carbonara came on table, we were still tasting the ribs...Italian Parmesan Cheese, Ham & Onion are full of the Carbonara...Yeah!!! Great!!!
