Sohofama's Black Truffle Xiao Long Bao was deliciou! The pastry was made thin, and the organic minced US pork filling with soup was extremely tasty! The truffle however was too weak for me to taste it,A stunning looking dish, the Steamed Whole Flower Crab was a modern twist on the traditional egg whites only dish where real crab meat was added in it. The additional however was not significant as the flavour of flower crab was weak. Lots of vinegar is definitely needed.
