Shrimps were fresh, meat was intact, chewy and springy. Display of the fresh ingredients that doesnt need makeup with other flavors, good to eat just plain boiled!
Fried squid was well done, the portion of squid was good, a well balance of flour and meaty squid!

Staple preserved fish fried rice is a display of the talent of the chef, many have failed in making this simple fried rice, the use of oil, ingredients and flavoring was done right
