The Square is a Michelin one-starred Chinese restaurant run by Maxim's. The food is consistently good, its location in Exchange Square is convenient, and I find the prices quite reasonable.One of the things that I almost always order at this restaurant is the Osmanthus Glutinous Rice Cake - it is incredibly glutinous and velvety, and the osmanthus adds a delightful floral and refreshing touch to the dessert.
