over priced and poor quality

we ordered four cups of coffee . First, they only had one choice with the capsule type. second , when coffee were delivered , they said the capsule coffee already had sugar and milk in it and that's why they did not bring any sugar and milk. Obviously it was just a regular black coffee and anyway we asked for sugar and milk. Then they only offered one small cup of cold milk and white sugar to share. The cold milk made the coffee even colder to drink. lastly ,they charged $75 for each hot coffee.

The cold milk made the coffee even colder to drink. lastly ,they charged $75 for each hot coffee. that was the most expensive coffee I have ever paid for in my whole life especially with that unprofessional way of serving. later we found that there is no coffee menu in the entire cafe . They clearly just ripped customers off.
