Japanese deep-fried pork cutlet rice with egg.🐽🍚Loving the combination of egg and pork cutlet, the pork cutlet was tender and juicy. But the egg was slightly overcooked, which is a bit dry. And then there was a little bowl of miso soup that comes from the set.It would be so much better if there are more soy sauce in my rice, so it wouldn't be too dry tho.
