Went there around 9pm and the staff were probably looking forward to finishing work quickly.The Phở bò had quite a lot of beef and a few pieces were still raw, but became tough quickly after soaking in the soup. The broth had too much MSG too. The worst part was the rice noodles. So overcooked, so soft that a toothless person could just drink and swallow the noodles. I heard their prices were cheap during tea time, like $40 for a meal. But I guess I wouldn't visit again.
