Overprice and not fresh ingredients

We have chosen the salmon salad, the crab pasta and the fried chicken. The salmon salad portion is tasty but way too small for such listed price, crab pasta is having too much cream and feel not very smooth to eat. The worst part is the fried chicken with truffle mayo. The chicken meat texture visually has been frozen for too long with thick batter outside, when we slice the chicken in half, the texture of the white colour chicken meat is no longer there, it is just a mess of mushy broken wet pr

The salmon salad portion is tasty but way too small for such listed price, crab pasta is having too much cream and feel not very smooth to eat. The worst part is the fried chicken with truffle mayo. The chicken meat texture visually has been frozen for too long with thick batter outside, when we slice the chicken in half, the texture of the white colour chicken meat is no longer there, it is just a mess of mushy broken wet protein inside. We felt that use of fresher ingredients is expected. Even though the saving point of the restaurant is the beautiful plating of the food, but it would be better we believe the better quality of the ingredients should be used.
