The servers were all unhappy.
They cannot identify the seats,they delivered the food to wrong people, including us and to others as well (the couple seat on my right as well)
OK. That's fine, maybe the servers are all new.
However, when one of the waitress brought us the food, she didn't even speak out the name of the dish and just speedily put it down and left
OK. Although the service was bad, hope the food maybe ok, unfortunately, only the duck breast salad I had was the best dish of the dinner set.
I was so disappointed, since the dinner set was around hkd108-158, i expect the quality could be better but not like this.
My angel hair was not al dente, it was overcooked and too soft. The sauce has no flavours but a light orange colour.
My bf's rice with lamb chop was overcooked as well, and 1/4 of it are fats, lucky thing was it still taste like lamb ...
So, the last thing we got -- the desserts, dark chocolate cake and coffee blackberry mouse pudding.
The chocolate cake was very hard to cut, obviously it was frozen for so long and all moisture were gone, it just taste like dark chocolate with hard sponge cake. The pudding was even worse, there was nothing like coffee with the pudding, I could rate it 2/5 (failed!).
The most funniest thing was, usually drinks come with dinner set, but drink needs to pay extra, so we didn't even bother to get the drinks.
Oh well, and I also heard the 2 men on my left said they felt regret to enter to this restaurant before they had their food as the food could not delivered on time, I guess they also think the service was under-qualified too!
As a sister restaurant of Red Ant, I don't understand why the quality can be that bad....
