Overpriced

A small bowl of tortilla chips were served at the beginning although I didn’t order it. Thinking that it comes free with my main dinner course, I ate it. Later when the bill came, the charge for the chips was $40, which was highly overpriced. The server said it’s free flow, but of course I wasn’t told about this at the beginning. I felt deceived and will not go back to this restaurant. Will also not recommend it to anyone.
