As I sat down, the staff (owner?) served a cup of hot tea, which they also refilled after finishing the meal. First time to have such kind of service at a noodle restaurant.$40 for a bowl of beef tendon noodles served in a small bowl.The broth was clear with a layer of oil that added more aroma. Noodles were yummy, very crispy, as if I had to hurry to finish it in order to enjoy its best texture. However the amount of toppings was miserable, only 4 tiny, thin pieces of beef tendon, and not all w

The broth was clear with a layer of oil that added more aroma. Noodles were yummy, very crispy, as if I had to hurry to finish it in order to enjoy its best texture.
However the amount of toppings was miserable, only 4 tiny, thin pieces of beef tendon, and not all were soft enough. The last piece I had was still very chewy.
I wonder how many bowls an adult needs to eat in order to fill up the stomach. I'd say it's okay in general especially the noodles, but the price is not affordable for everyone.
