Since chicken is not my favour, so I ordered the soup of today ($22) and a broccoli & mushroom quiche ($45).Today's soup is Carrot & cumin soup. The taste is interesting, with a distinguished flavour of cumin and carrot which were boiled together with chicken stock. The soup was however too diluted. I requested the quiche to be heated up. The egg texture was soft. Its taste was quite plain as the saltiness was not apparent. As the quiche was not thick enough, therefore I considered it not
