I have heard great things about The Cupping Room and finally got to try it today after watching a basketball game in Southorn. The menu was quite limited, I went with a Regular White ($38) and a Smoked Salmon Egg Benedict ($108).Regular White - the top foam was frothy and the coffee to milk ratio was spotted on. However I thought the milk was not hot enough. And the portion was very small at the price of $38.Smoked salmon egg benedict - nice presentation, but flavour wise I found it a bit bland.

Smoked salmon egg benedict - nice presentation, but flavour wise I found it a bit bland. The poached egg was perfectly runny, it was a joy cutting into the egg yolk and watching it overflowed. The salmon wasn't smoky though and taste more like plain cooked salmon. The sourdough bread underneath was ok without being too dry. There were also few pieces of orange and grapefruit on the side. It was rather pricey at $108 (drink not included).
Water was provided on each table in a cute little bottle.
