Weekend pop up at Western district is becoming my habit with good number of new restaurants. I came across an eye-catching one on the quiet Catchick Street tonight. The blue lighting and bright shop label ensure passengers won’t miss it as the street was relatively dark on a Sunday evening.It is a cozy and neat place. An oyster bar was set in front of a bar with hand-crafted beer display and many other collections.Learned by the name, Gioia is specialized in oyster and charcoal grilled. I have no doubt to taste both.

A whole lobster was served and grilled just right. Lobster was juicy and fresh. Spaghetti was very delicious with seasoning of lobster juice and basil.Although there was nothing unforgettable here, it was a pleasant dinning experience.
