Service & Customer Care:We arrived at 5pm, were able to be seated right away. Seemed to be at approx. 10% capacity. The waitress was helpful and attentive, introduced a selection of oysters while explaining its origins and flavour/texture profile. During the course of the meal, music bellowed with a concuction of genres including 80's pop and R&B giving a sense we were in a bar more than a restaurant. Interesting ambience. Oysters:With the waitress' recommendation, we ordered a juciy selection

Oysters:
With the waitress' recommendation, we ordered a juciy selection; Pacific Rock (US) small body with a very mild flavour, a nice start. Then onto the American Pearls (US) meaty and creamy with a hint of sweet savoury, this was our flavourite, Rosa (Spain) creamy and carries a slightly bolder flavour and texture than the US ones. Very fresh and overall enjoyable.
In addition to the 'premium' oyster selection that was on offer, Oyster Station has an excellent array of oysters pticed at $10 each on offer, bargain! Normally these would be fresh from Ireland. Today we were offered Fine de Claire (FR) the smallest grade of course, still very fresh, however on the savoury briney side bringing out the natural flavours of the sea. Overall 8/10
In addition, we ordered the Tom Yum Seafood linguine, a dish we enjoyed. Pasta came al dente tossed in a light creamy Tom Yum sauce infused with mussels (likely fresh frozen), clam meat and relatively fresh prawns. 7/10
Chicken wings. Nothing to rave about, edible, could have been crispier. I'd probably opt for a different snack the next time round. 5/10
