This was our second visit and the pan fried rice noodles was the dish we were longing for!We accompanied it with lobster this time (we had it with beef last time). SO GOOD! The rice noodles were super crispy, but not oily, and it was a perfect match with the supreme broth.I don't think there are any other Chinese restaurants that do the same dish
