Vista probably has one of the best panoramic views of Victoria harbour and I finally managed to try out this spot for the tail end of 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤! 🥂🌃 ✨ We ordered their 4-course 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠 𝘿𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙚𝙣𝙪 priced at $488 hkd per person Pic 1️⃣&2️⃣: 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲 🐓 — Pretty impressed by the presentation of this and the marinade on this was quite delicious too! — Pretty impressed by the presentation of this and the marinade on this was quite delicious too! Loved the smoky applewood aroma that the chicken gave off which made the dish that extra bit more fragrant. The ginger flavour was quite prominent but this was nicely balanced with the sweetness and slight acidity of the tomatoes. The chicken was tender and juicy, but personally thought this could’ve done with a touch more salt.

— Really nice sear on the fish, and was well seasoned too. The lemon dill butter sauce was creamy, with a good balance of flavours. The arugula fennel salad was fresh, and added a nice crunch to the dish.

— Flavours were alright, slightly on the sweeter end for me and the strawberry flavour really resembled a candy I had as a child 😂 The mousse texture could’ve been smoother.
Pic 5️⃣: 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗧𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘂 🍫
— A bit disappointed by this as the ladyfingers were barely soaked, and a bit too hard for a tiramisu. The mascarpone was light and smooth but too sweet for me.
Pic 6️⃣: 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯’𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗼, 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 🐙
— Well seasoned, the octopus was tender and not rubbery. The pancetta added a nice savoury, smoky element. However, the dressing was too acidic for me.
Pic 7️⃣: 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗽𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗶𝗹, 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲, 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗹𝗻𝘂𝘁𝘀 🐚
— Scallops were fresh, and went really well with the light, mandarin oil which gave the dish a citrusy touch. The toasted hazelnuts complemented the dish nicely too.

— Interesting presentation but the flavours were really good. The saffron flavour was aromatic but not overpowering, and the Italian sausage was flavourful and meaty. The rice was perfectly cooked too.
Pic 9️⃣: 𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝘆𝗺𝗲 🍝
— This was so good! The pasta had a perfect al-dente texture and the porcini sauce was so creamy and flavourful, with a strong mushroom taste to it. The grated parmesan on top added a boost of flavour and cheesiness to it!
