Beats & Liberty has just been opened in PMQ 1/F on the Staunton Street side. The beef pattie was just cooked until perfection. The sexy pink centred burger was juicy and full of fresh beef flavour. It had no hard tender at all which I really liked and it was also not too fatty. The cheddar cheese also gave an extra layer of buttery-ness to the burger, definitely a treat to celebrate the upcoming Easter Holiday!
