I love Pasta, to the extend you can't imagine. And today, I showed all my appreication to Friendmily. Thumb up!I browsed for a few weekends and made the reservation. To start with, my 1st dish is Spahetti A.O.P.a traditional italian dish. i never satisfied since im back in 2010, except this awesome night. Spicy with Chilli sauce. Smell with garlic and you never feel too greasy. A prefect control on timing. Strong match with beer and wine. It worth a michelin star for sure.Next, Angel hair w.

Angel hair is complicated. Never over-cooked. The sauce is briiliant, with strong favour on rosemary, basil.. Dried tomato enhances the dish with layers. Full of surprise and definitely my michellin choice.
Nowhere but here, if i want some pasta in kowloon side. I tried Knusford terrace, LKF, soho areas and nothing left in my mind. The food here is competitive to famous Sabatini@Royal Gargen, but of course with a much reasonable price setting and a lovely balcony area.
A joyful night and im writing to share what i must share with these gorgeous dishes.
