I had no choice but to write this review after numerous experience of pathetic service. If you plan to visit this restaurant then be prepared to experience either or all of the following:1. After placing an order and waiting for say, 15-20 mins; if you happen to check your order status, please don't be surprised if the waiter says, "Oh, have you already placed an order?"2. If you are surprised reading (1) above, please wait.. after waiting for another 15 mins, you might be served something you d

I had no choice but to write this review after numerous experience of pathetic service. If you plan to visit this restaurant then be prepared to experience either or all of the following:
1. After placing an order and waiting for say, 15-20 mins; if you happen to check your order status, please don't be surprised if the waiter says, "Oh, have you already placed an order?"
2. If you are surprised reading (1) above, please wait.. after waiting for another 15 mins, you might be served something you didn't order or cold sambhar (a soup which is served hot with almost the dishes) or if you have ordered Masala Dosa (requesting for Masala on the side), you might just get a Plain Dosa with a 'promise' that Masala is on its way but as expected the Dosa will turn cold with a broken 'promise' i.e., Masala will never arrive even after you send 4-5 requests to different waiters to check for say like 10-15 mins. 
3. After experiencing the above, if you decide to send back the Dosa which has now turned cold and cancel rest of your order; please don't be surprised if you see a "I don't care" look on the waiters' face.

I kept on ignoring these incidents as the food here is really good; but after my last experience it was quite easy for me to decide not to visit this place nor order food from here.

If someone from the management is reading this please don't let the pathetic service standard destroy the efforts put in by the chefs/kitchen.
