Not my first time to Tokyo AGURA - this time I re-ordered the Soy Sauce x Fish/Tonkotsu ramen!This time it seemed more balanced, with a previously not as detectable Chicken bones base and also Veggies, the Pork flavour became less and so was the amount of Dried Fish Powder influence. The ramen was cooked barely just beyond soft, but this time around the flame-grilled Char Siu was more softer and had better flavour. All in all this was still good, although perhaps it was trying to be too

The ramen was cooked barely just beyond soft, but this time around the flame-grilled Char Siu was more softer and had better flavour. All in all this was still good, although perhaps it was trying to be too well balanced, when it ended up being a bit characterless than b4 with their Intentions.
Still an enjoyable experience within Hong Kong context though...
