Once a while, I will go to Ngau Tau Kok for lunch as there are alot of F&B outlets there, due to industrial areas. Since it has been a long while i have eaten vegetarian meal, i decided to have one today. There was a famous vegetarian restaurant named O&S located at Ngau Tau Kok, around 7 minutes walk from MTR. In order to celebrate their 4th anniversary, they were currently running a promotion, selling their lunch set at a flat price of $49. The set came with appetizer, soup and drinks. Besides
In order to celebrate their 4th anniversary, they were currently running a promotion, selling their lunch set at a flat price of $49. The set came with appetizer, soup and drinks. Besides lunch set, they offered ala carte menu during lunch too.
Cream puff - The skin was soft and yet the fillings inside was icy cold and hard, it was creamy.
Apple juice with ginger - They really used fresh apple to blend as i could drink the real meat in it. It was sweet with slight ginger taste.
Mixed vegetables soup - The soup was clear and slightly sour, which helped to open up my appetite. There were alot of vegetables in the soup as well.
Stir fried noodles - This was one of the better vegetarian noodles i have tasted. The texture of the noodles was chewy and smooth and it was fried till flavourful. There were mushroom and cabbages in it.
Sweet and sour pork (vegetarian) - It was again one of the better ones i have tasted. The sweet and sour pork really tasted like one, and was soft and chewy. There were alot of fruits in it as well, such as dragonfruit, pineapple, melon and apple etc. The sauce was just right as well.
Mille crepe - The texture of the cake was slightly tough, maybe due to freezing for too long. It was creamy and smooth, with slight tiramisu taste.
