Tried this new noodle joint in Sai Kung because I was craving for some spicy food again.They specialize in two types of noodles: flat and round The menu has Chinese and English. Ordered the lamb in Sichuan peppercorn broth and chose the round noodles.The presentation was a bit boring but the broth was extremely strong and had a strong numbing sensation.I made the wrong choice choosing the round noodles because they were too chewy and firm and the broth was too salty to the point that it tasted b
