On a brighter note, the service from the waiters and waitresses was commendable. They were attentive, polite, and contributed positively to the overall experience. Sadly, the same cannot be said for the reception lady, whose attitude was disappointingly arrogant and impolite. Her demeanor fall short of expectations for a top-tier venue like the Verandah, and it impacted the overall experience negatively.
