I went to the restaurant with my friend on Wednesday, and I have heard the Simmer Huang is well known across China therefore I have decided to come to try with 2 of my best friend.We walked up the stairs and we were welcome by a nice smile from a waitress.Since there are lots of different kind of pots , so we ask the server what she recommend, she recommends us to order a combination pot from them with mixture of pork, prawns, chicken, so we can taste all kind of ingredients and we have been ask
We walked up the stairs and we were welcome by a nice smile from a waitress.Since there are lots of different kind of pots , so we ask the server what she recommend, she recommends us to order a combination pot from them with mixture of pork, prawns, chicken, so we can taste all kind of ingredients and we have been ask the spice level as there are 3 different kind of hot spice.
Since we are not a hot spice group, so we have chosen low.

When all the sauces were dried off, the waitress asked whether we want to add water to carry on our hot pot. But I am afraid we were so full already. I will definitely come again soon!
題外話/補充資料：
The simmer pot is very nice indeed, however, the service standard can be more proactive!
