Chinese restaurants are best known for wok hay dishes and big portions for sharing. Braised Eggplant w/ Salted Fish & Minced Pork
Served sizzling hot in a clay pot. Finely seasoned. Soft eggplant with chopped salted fish and lots of minced pork mixed with savory chili bean sauce.
Steamed Shrimps w/ Garlic & Vermicelli
Butterflied shrimps topped with garlic and scallions. Cooked on point. Balanced saltiness and sweetness of the soy sauce. Drizzled with fragrant oil.

Grilled Chicken, currently under promotion at $98, was superb! The staff poured some Chinese rose wine on the chicken and set it on fire at the table. Very thin and crispy skin, super tender, smooth and juicy meat.
The restaurant was fully seated even we went there on a weekday so remember to make a reservation in advance!
