I had my peruvian dinner here as Dining city HK is organising the HK restaurant week with exquisite restaurantsoffering enticing menus! There are lunch sets and dinner sets offer at $198pp and $398pp. I try the dinner sets which includes 4 starters, main course, sides and dessert and we are so full☺️Love the vibe of the restaurant with peruvian deco and the open kitchen which I can look at the Chef when they are cooking 🧑🍳 Starters🌮 ChanchoI love the chancho very much ~ It’s like the tacos 🌮 a

🌮 Chancho
I love the chancho very much ~ It’s like the tacos 🌮 and it consists of pork loin and avocado. The dressing is appetising🤤
🐠Nikkei ceviche
This is the dish consists of tuna and fried squid in Ponzu's Tiger's Milk which is a citus-based sauce. Fresh and yum~
🐔XOXO chicken
Fried chicken with mayo~ cripsy and juicy but not too special when comparing to the chancho
🐟Salmon anticucho
I love this salmon skewers. The salmon is grilled with deep fried sweet potato on top. Its sad that I couldnt take the photo well 🥲

🐟Salmon a la brasa
Roasted salmon with the chupe reduction sauce~ Love the seasoning of the salmon and it is roasted with a cripsy outer shell. Celariac puree at the bottom
🐷Costillas ibericas
Iberico pork ribs cook for 24 hours with yuca puree~ my frd said the pork rib tastes like chasiu haha🤪
the meat is so tender and it melts in my mouth

Fried rice with brocolli and pepper~the fried rice is unexpectedly good and i love the spices~
🥗Ensalada
Salad with yuze and truffle dressing~ refreshing!
🍰Dessert
Last but not least, it comes with the dessert of a milk cake : achiote merengue on top which is made of whipped egg white and it melts like ice flakes❄️~osmanthus icecream on top on the brown sponge cake and well-soaked in hokkaido milk! Personally i think the dessert is a bit too sweet but the combination is good overall.
🍹Cocktail
I ordered Ichujito which is a combinaiton of white rum, vanilla, passion fruit, mint and lime. The rum on the passion fruit shell is on fire🔥 !! Refreshing and sweet!
