The business started as a small stall selling Chinese delicacies.
The steamed bun is in a neat plastic pocket which keeps it clean while you don't get your hands dirty.It is quite big in size and uniform so it is probably made by machine.
The ube pao was fluffy and the meat inside was quite tasty.
I hope to try the roast pork bun next time.
It might be pricey compared to local ones but the packaging and quality is much better.
