I rarely go to this stretch of WTS but was in the area after going to some Chinese Roast shop nearby.This Pho joint is evidently popular as it is at the busy stretch of the residential area.The menu has a lot of offer and they also have another branch in Tsuen Wan.Started with my favourite appetizer, the steamed rice pancakes.They were filled with delicious filling and the black pepper was very aromatic so it was very tasty and it had red dried shrimps hence the rosy red colour.Next were the sta

Started with my favourite appetizer, the steamed rice pancakes.

Next were the stars of the show, my friend had the locomotive pho while I had the Raw Beef Pho.I really appreciated fresh basil which gives the soup a lovely flavour and aroma.
The broth had a nice rich beef flavour yet it was clear.
Overall not bad quality for the WTS neighbourhood.Will try the TW shop next time.
Finished with the Vietnamese Coffee which was really good as it wasn't strong but my friend preferred stronger ones.
