Pause It is a famous cafe in Instagram. My friends and I wanna try its signature coffee so we went there on Sunday. There were people queuing and waiter wrote their queuing number on blackboard outside. Waiting for around 15mins, it was our turn to get inside. We have ordered all day breakfast $98, salmon eggs benedict $78, pumpkin crabmeat risotto $88, hot blue orange latte $40 and hot purple potato latte $40. To be frank, latte was general but it was highly recommended for photo-taking! Love the latte art and the fancy colours of blue orange and purple potato! The little bear and heart were so cute!
Among the dishes, I love the risotto the most. It was cooked perfectly, chewy but not crunchy (undercooked). I could taste the flavour of pumpkin with cream sauce. Crabmeat was fresh enough. Second dish was smoked salmon eggs benedict. The egg yolks were cooked perfectly. It ran smoothly when I cut. Hollandaise sauce was creamy, rich and refreshing with lemon fragrance. All day breakfast was ordinary. This cafe did a pretty nice work!
