Lousy restaurant, 18/6/17, 14:30, around 6 tables of customers only, 10 staff walking, chatting around, no air con (in fact, we was not informed air con was out of service, we thought "style", slippery floor, seated down for 10mins, no one came, we need some water, we decided to help ourselves, finally one staff aware, we ordered one watermelon juice $50, one pizza $160, while waiting, kids went to the "kids corner", wanted to hv something fun but it was terrible, all candies melted, pop corn a
The manager : air con(we didn't complain), ice cream(we didn't complain), not his fault, no service, he was not the one, he will tell the one who was responsible for the area, he was busy w another complaint customer, 1800feet, such a "big" restaurant, he was the only manager, busy busy, (only 6tables occupied), conclusion, everything not his fault, he didn't show up because restaurant is so big, he was busy. We didn't want to waste our time to listen to his "reasons", he even followed us til the outside of the restaurant to finish his "last speech". He didn't apologize for the hair, unhygienic, lazy staff but gave "reasons" for his "strong n confident" speech.... please think before you go!
