Summer just hit! Clearly a sign to get the bikinis out and get to the beach!Pizza is always what I go to after a dip in the sea. Here it is! Amalfitana! Have heart so much about this lovely pizza place but it’s the first time I tried their pizza! (Surprise surprise!)What I ordered:Kale SaladI really love kale but my little lady hates how grassy it could be. This one here is NOT grassy at all! It was actually even better than average kale— the magic was the melted Parmesan cheese! Totally a game

Totally a game changer! Also love the freshness and crispiness of the watermelon radish! Making me hungrier

Raw beef — yessss!
My love for beef tartare is well known to my friends. So this was the simple beauty. Beef itself wasn’t heavily favoured but it wasn’t dull as it was complimented with the crispy Parmesan cheese waffle and the mustard mayonnaise dressing.

Generous portion of Parma ham! Love the porcini mushrooms which captured all the olive oil and flavours! The dough was really good that I could finish the whole thing without leaving any edges! Just wish there could be more Cheeseeeee and a crispier base!

Summer punch and pistachio milkshake
Love the refreshing summer punch — the cranberry juice was very dominating and it totally woke us (and our tummies) up!
Another love of mine is pistachio — this milkshake was just a total obsession of mine (totally biased but I assure you, if you love milkshake and pistachio, this is a must have!)
All in all, leaving very satisfied with a well fed tummy nice start of summer 🥳
