Pizza was left cold

Order was actually ready but I never got the notification saying it can be picked up from the restaurant. I went to the restaurant anyway only to find that my pizza was left on an empty desk but no one bothered to entertain me until I confronted a relic rant staff about it. Food was cold by the time I picked it up. Rubbish service.
