Moi Moi (已結業)

Been there for lunch on a regular Wednesday. I arrived at around 12:30pm with a friend, didn’t make reservation beforehand, but saw 1/3 of the restaurant was empty. Got taken to a table, and from that moment onwards, I was told 3 times that I needed to finish and leave in an hour, first by the receptionist, then by the waitress who gave me the menu, then the 3rd time when they took my order. We were paying $155+10% for the pho!!! Do the customers need to be reminded 3 times they need to leave
